REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 285.

In subsection (f) of this section, the former
reference to relevance is deleted, in accordance
with apparent legislative intent.

Also in subsection (f) of this section,
"obtained" is substituted for "required" for
clarity.

The only other changes are in style.

The General Assembly may wish to consider
repealing subsection (c) of this section. That
subsection could conceivably subject a person to
criminal penalties for an act over which the
person has no control.
