Because that discharge would violate other laws,
the Secretary no longer gives consent.

In subsection (a)(2) of this section, the former
language "and hang the clothes not in use" is
deleted as included in "clothes changing
facilities".

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the former
word "clean" is deleted as included in
"sanitary".

The Commission to Revise the Annotated Code calls
to the attention of the General Assembly the lack
of any provision for adequate sanitary facilities
in subsection (a)(4) of this section.

4-621. SAME -- PERSONNEL.

(A)  LIVING QUARTERS-
EACH EMPLOYEE WHO OCCUPIES LIVING QUARTERS PROVIDED BY

A LICENSEE SHALL KEEP THE LIVING QUARTERS SANITARY.

(B)  APPAREL.

EACH EMPLOYEE IN A CANNERY OR FROZEN FOOD PROCESSING
PLANT WHO WORKS WHERE FOOD IS PREPARED SHALL WEAR:

(1)  CLEAN CLOTHING THAT IS DISPOSABLE OR CAN BE
WASHED; AND

(2)  A CLEAN, EFFECTIVE HAIR RESTRAINT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 200(m) and (o).

In subsection (b)(2) of this section, "clean,
effective hair restraint" is substituted for
"clean, washable or disposable caps over the
hair" for clarity and to conform to modern
terminology.
