HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1957 permit merely authorizes the operation of a milk In subsection (f) of this section, the former In subsection (h) of this section, "raw milk" is 4-417. TERM, RENEWAL, AND NONTRANSFERABILITY OF PERMITS. (A) TERM OF PERMIT. (1) EXCEPT FOR A MILK PRODUCER PERMIT, A PERMIT (2) A MILK PRODUCER PERMIT DOES NOT EXPIRE. (B) APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL. BEFORE THE PERMIT EXPIRES, ITS HOLDER MAY RENEW IT FOR (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO A PERMIT; (2) PAYS TO THE SECRETARY A RENEWAL FEE EQUAL TO (3) SUBMITS TO THE SECRETARY A RENEWAL (C) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL. THE SECRETARY SHALL RENEW THE PERMIT OF EACH APPLICANT (D) NONTRANSFERABILITY. A PERMIT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
