REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the fourth
sentence of the first paragraph and the entire
fourth paragraph of former Article 43, § 572, and
the third paragraph of § 575.

In subsection (b) of this section, the former
requirement that an applicant "demonstrate that
he has sufficient knowledge ... to perform the
duties of the position" is deleted as included in
"meet the requirements of the Grade A Pasteurized
Milk Ordinance".

4-412. APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS.

(A)  IN GENERAL.

AN APPLICANT FOR A PERMIT SHALL:

(1)  SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE SECRETARY ON
THE FORM THAT THE SECRETARY PROVIDES; AND

(2)  PAY TO THE SECRETARY THE ANNUAL FEE
SPECIFIED IN THIS SECTION.

(B)  FEE SCHEDULE.

THE SECRETARY SHALL CHARGE THE FOLLOWING FEES FOR
PERMITS:

(1)  BOBTAILER PERMIT.......................$50.

(2)  CERTIFIED INDUSTRY DAIRY FARM INSPECTOR
PERMIT...................................................$10.

(3)  DISTRIBUTION STATION PERMIT ............$25.

(4)  MILK PROCESSOR PERMIT.................$100.

(5)  MILK PRODUCER PERMIT ................NO FEE.

(6)  MILK TRUCK TANK OPERATOR PERMIT ..........$5.

(7)  RECEIVING STATION PERMIT ...............$25.

(8)  TRANSFER STATION PERMIT................$25.
