A MANUFACTURER MAY NOT KNOWINGLY EMPLOY IN A
MANUFACTURING PLANT ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

(1)  A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE;

(2)  AN INFECTIOUS DISEASE; OR

(3)  A SKIN DISEASE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived

43, § 164(i) and the first sentence and the first
clause of the sixth sentence of § 162, as that
clause related to registration.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

Former Article 43, § 163, which provided that funds
collected under this subtitle be paid into the State
treasury and spent in enforcing this subtitle, is deleted as
obsolete. See Article III, §§ 32 and 52 of the State
Constitution and Article 15A, §§ 1 through 15 of the Code.

Former Article 43, § 164(j), which required toilets and
lavatories in manufacturing plants, is deleted as
unnecessary in light of § 4-330(b)(4) of this subtitle and §
4-111 of this title.

4-401. DEFINITIONS.

(A)  IN GENERAL.

"BOBTAILER" MEANS A PERSON WHO OPERATES OR CONTROLS A

THE PERSON BUYS FROM A DISTRIBUTOR OR A MILK PROCESSOR.
