(2) ANY SUBSTANCE USED IN THE PREPARATION OF A
SOFT DRINK.

(B)  IN GENERAL.

EACH MANUFACTURING PLANT SHALL BE OPERATED:

(1)  WITH STRICT REGARD TO THE HEALTH OF ALL THE
MANUFACTURER'S EMPLOYEES;

(2)  WITH DUE REGARD TO THE PURITY OF EACH SOFT
DRINK AND THE SUBSTANCES USED IN THE PREPARATION OF A SOFT
DRINK THAT THE MANUFACTURER PRODUCES;

(3)  IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(4)  IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBTITLE 1 OF THIS TITLE.

(C)  LIGHTING, PLUMBING, VENTILATION, AND CLEANLINESS.

(1)  EACH MANUFACTURER SHALL KEEP ALL PLACES TO
WHICH THIS SECTION APPLIES PROPERLY LIGHTED, VENTILATED, AND
EQUIPPED WITH ADEQUATE PLUMBING.

(2)  IN EACH PART OF A MANUFACTURING PLANT TO
WHICH THIS SECTION APPLIES, THE MANUFACTURER, AT ALL TIMES,
SHALL KEEP THE FLOORS, WALLS, CEILINGS, FURNITURE,
RECEPTACLES, MACHINERY, AND IMPLEMENTS IN A HEALTHFUL AND
SANITARY CONDITION.

(D)  FLOORS.

EACH MANUFACTURING PLANT SHALL HAVE IMPERMEABLE FLOORS
THAT:

(1)  CAN BE FLUSHED AND WASHED CLEAN WITH WATER;
AND

(2)  ARE MADE OF:

(I)  CEMENT;

(II)  TILE LAID IN CEMENT;

(III)  BRICK;

(IV)  WOOD; OR

(V)  OTHER SUITABLE NONABSORBANT MATERIAL.

(E)  CLEANING INTERIOR WOODWORK.

EACH MANUFACTURER SHALL KEEP ALL THE INTERIOR WOODWORK
IN THE MANUFACTURER'S PLANT WASHED AND CLEANED WITH SOAP AND
