(I)  A DEAD HUMAN BODY; OR

(II)  PARTS OR BONES OF A HUMAN BODY IF,
FROM THEIR CONDITION, AN INDIVIDUAL REASONABLY MAY CONCLUDE
THAT DEATH HAS OCCURRED.

(2)  "BODY" DOES NOT INCLUDE AN AMPUTATED PART.
