(2) A CONVENIENT LAVATORY THAT IS:

(I)  SUPPLIED WITH SOAP, WATER, AND TOWELS;
AND

(II)  KEPT IN A SANITARY CONDITION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 200(c) and (f).

In subsection (a)(1) of this section, "prepared"
is substituted for "process or production" for
consistency with the introductory language of
subsection (a) of this section.

Also in subsection (a)(1) of this section, "in a
sanitary condition" is substituted for "clean"
for consistency with subsections (a)(2) and (b)
of this section.

4-112. SLEEPING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN PREMISES.

A PERSON MAY NOT SLEEP IN:

(1)  ANY WORKROOM OF A BAKERY, CREAMERY, CHEESE
FACTORY, DAIRY, ICE CREAM PLANT, MILK DISTRIBUTION STATION,
MILK PLANT, OR OTHER FOOD PROCESSING PLANT; OR

(2)  ANY KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, OR FOOD STORAGE
ROOM OF A HOTEL, RESTAURANT, OR BOARDINGHOUSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 200(d).

In item (1) of this section, references to a
"dairy" and a "milk distribution station" are
substituted for "distributing dairy" for
consistency with the language of Subtitle 4 of
this title.

4-113. EMPLOYEES WITH COMMUNICABLE DISEASES.

(A) EMPLOYERS.

A PERSON MAY NOT KNOWINGLY EMPLOY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO
WORK IN ANY BUILDING, VEHICLE,. OR PLACE IN WHICH FOOD IS
MANUFACTURED, PREPARED, PRODUCED, PACKED, STORED, COLLECTED,
SOLD, DISTRIBUTED, OR TRANSPORTED IF THE INDIVIDUAL
EMPLOYED:

(1) HAS A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE THAT MAY BE
TRANSMITTED BY FOOD; OR
