LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 240

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 200(a) and (b).

In subsection (b) of this section, the former
references to "cars" and "trucks" are deleted as
included in the broader word "vehicle".

In subsection (c)(1) and (2) of this section,
"canning" and "freezing" are new language added,
in conformity to apparent legislative intent, for
clarity.

In subsection (c)(3) of this section, the former
enumerations of particular types of "receptacles"
and "utensils" are deleted as unnecessary.

The introductory language to former Article 43, §
200(a) through (f) is deleted as unnecessary.
The provisions of former Article 43, § 200 (a)
