1760 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 234 FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the State's BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact Section 40(f) Annotated Code of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact 40. (f) In Caroline County, (1) the State's Attorney's (2) The State's Attorney shall receive expenses (3) The State's Attorney may appoint, subject to (4) The State's Attorney and each assistant SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act State's Attorney of Caroline County in office on the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary of the State's Attorney of Caroline County shall take effect at the beginning of the next SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 4, 1982.
