Section 4-106(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Education

4-106.

(a) This section does not apply to Baltimore City.

(b) Each county board shall hold an annual meeting on
or as near as possible to the second Tuesday in July, except
that:

(1)  In Allegany County, the annual meeting shall
be held on the second Tuesday of January;

(2)  In Montgomery County, the annual meeting
shall be held on or before January 10; and

(3)  In Prince George's County, the annual
meeting shall be held on the first Monday in December . ;
AND

(4)  IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, THE ANNUAL MEETING
SHALL BE HELD ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - State's Attorneys' Salaries

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the State's
Attorney, deputy State's attorneys and assistant
State's attorneys for Baltimore County; and providing
that this Act does not effect the incumbent.
