the Board of County Commissioners at the end of each year,
and any balance remaining in the fund at the end of the
fiscal year reverts to the general fund of the county.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
State's Attorney of Kent County in office on the effective
date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning
the salary of the State's Attorney of Kent County shall take
effect at the beginning of the next following term of
office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Parking Spaces for Handicapped Persons

FOR the purpose of requiring that, as of a certain date,
signs all signs erected or replaced after a certain
date designating parking spaces for handicapped persons
be in conformance with the State manual on uniform
traffic control devices; altering certain height
requirements; and generally relating to certain signs
designating parking spaces for handicapped persons.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
