Ch. 207

(3) Keep a record of the registration in a

manner that permits identification of the bicycle and its
owner.

(d)  When it registers a bicycle, the Administration
shall issue and deliver to the owner a registration card
that contains:

(1)  The date issued;

(2)  The name and address of the owner;

(3)  The registration number assigned by the
Administration to the bicycle; and

(4)  A description of the bicycle.

(e)  (1) Each bicycle registration and renewal expires
at the end of 3 years from the date of its issuance, unless
otherwise canceled.

(2) If a bicycle registration is not renewed
within 60 days after its expiration, the Administration may
remove the record of registration from its files.

(f)  The fee for each application for and each renewal
of a bicycle registration is $2. The Administration may not
refund any part of the fee as a result of cancellation.

(g)  Each bicycle registered shall possess or be
assigned by the Administration a registration number, which
shall be affixed to the bicycle in the manner that the
Administration requires.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
