(A)  ALL OVERPASSES LESS THAN 14.5 FEET IN HEIGHT ABOVE
THE ROADWAY SURFACE SHALL HAVE A SIGN DENOTING THE HEIGHT
ABOVE THE ROADWAY.

(B)  THE DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF THE SIGN SHALL BE
CONSISTENT WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE MANUAL
ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES FOR STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
ADOPTED BY THE STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION UNDER § 25-104
OF THIS ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982 January 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Battered Spouse Shelters

and Domestic Violence Programs -

Funding - Marriage License Fees

PG 406-82

FOR the purpose of imposing authorizing an additional fee
for the issuance of marriage licenses in Prince
George's County; providing that the proceeds of the
additional fee , in addition to designated federal,
State, and county funds, be used to fund battered
spouse shelters and domestic violence programs in
Prince George's County; clarifying language; and
generally relating to disposition of the proceeds from
the additional fee.
