3. CORRESPONDED IN WRITING WITH THE
BANKING ORGANIZATION CONCERNING THE DEPOSIT; OR

4. OTHERWISE INDICATED AN INTEREST
IN THE DEPOSIT AS EVIDENCED BY A MEMORANDUM ON FILE WITH THE
BANKING ORGANIZATION; OR

(II) THE ACCOUNT IS A SAVINGS ACCOUNT
OPENED FOR PURPOSES OF OBTAINING FREE CHECKING SERVICES FOR
A DEMAND ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME BANKING ORGANIZATION, AND THE
OWNER HAS INCREASED OR DECREASED THE AMOUNT IN THE DEMAND
ACCOUNT WITHIN 5 YEARS;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Administrative Procedure - Business Impact

FOR the purpose of defining a certain term; providing for
consideration of a certain factors affecting business
prior to adoption by an agency of a rule; providing for
comment by the Department of Economic and Community
Development in certain circumstances providing that an
agency shall make certain evaluations and may make
certain differentiations in the adoption of rules; and
generally relating to administrative rulemaking.
