AN ACT concerning

Maryland Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects

FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the Maryland
Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects in
accordance with the Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act
of 1978 (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date the
termination provisions for the Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

281A.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the Maryland
Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects and relating to
the regulation of landscape architects and any regulations
promulgated under this subtitle are of no effect and may not
be enforced after July 1, [1983] 1989 1993.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
