(E) AN APPLICANT SHALL PAY TO THE BOARD AN EXAMINATION
FEE SET BY THE BOARD IN AN AMOUNT THAT DOES NOT EXCEED THE
COSTS OF ADMINISTERING THE EXAMINATION.

[(e)] (F) Unless authorized by the Board, the
consumer members of the Board may not participate in any
activity related to examinations under this subtitle.

12-308.

(a)  Unless a license is renewed for a 2-year term as
provided in this section, the license expires on the first
September 30 that comes[:

(1)  After] AFTER the effective date of the
license[; and

(2)   In an even-numbered year].

(b)  At least 1 month before the license expires, the
Board shall send to the licensee, by first class mail to the
last known address of the licensee, a renewal notice that
states:

(1)  The date on which the current license
expires;

(2)  The date by Which the renewal application
must be received by the Board for the renewal to be issued
and mailed before the license expires; and

(3)  The amount of the renewal fee.

(c)  Before the license expires, the licensee
periodically may renew it for an additional 2-year term, if
the licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of $15; and

(3)  Submits to the Board a renewal application

on the form that the Board requires.

(d)  The Board shall renew the license of and issue a
renewal certificate to each licensee who meets the
requirements of this section.

who has failed to renew the license for any reason, if the
