AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation - Subsequent Injury Fund and
Uninsured Employers' Fund

FOR the purpose of requiring the Subsequent Injury Fund to
submit an annual budget to the Governor and specify the
expenditures authorized to be included in the budget;
creating a Subsequent Injury Fund Board to supervise
the operation and administration of the Fund; providing
for the membership of the Board, and the term,
composition, vacancies, and duties of the Board
members; providing for employees of the Board;
abolishing the Workmen's Compensation Fund Board;
providing certain changes in procedures for payment of
awards from the Uninsured Employers' Fund; giving
certain powers to the Uninsured Employers' Fund in
certain cases of default by an uninsured employer;
providing for notification to certain parties regarding
contributions to the Uninsured Employers' Fund;
specifying certain duties and powers of the
representative of the Uninsured Employers' Fund; and
generally relating to the Subsequent Injury Fund and
the Uninsured Employers' Fund.
