AMENDMENT NO. 12

On line 12433 on page 188 of the printed bill strike
the numerals "90" and insert in lieu thereof the numerals
"100"; and on line 1.2575 strike the numerals "80" and insert
in lieu thereof the numerals "90".

AMENDMENT NO. 13

On line 12838 on page 192 of the printed bill after the
word "Assembly" add "and further authorization is hereby
granted to transfer to the University of Maryland
Baltimore City Campus, by approved budget amendment action
that portion of the positions appropriated to Montebello
Hospital Center of the Department of Mental Hygiene which
comprise the patient care operations in accordance with the
provisions of an approved contract, and further
authorization is hereby granted, contingent upon the
enactment of Senate Bill 610 or House Bill 1494, to transfer
by approved budget amendment $129,000 and seven positions
from Towson State University to the State Department of
Education - State Aided Educational Institutions.".
