29.01.03.01 Administrative

Services

Special Fund Appropriation,
provided that no funds shall
be expended on outside legal

services except upon

certification by the State
Attorney General that the
resources within the State

Law Department cannot

adequately provide the

necessary services to the
Department during F.Y. 1983.

Federal Fund Appropriation....

Additionally, it is the intent
of the Legislature that the
Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Administration
shall reduce its authorized

position level (389

positions) by    15 5

authorized positions (374
384 positions) by July 1,
1982. All salary and wages

from these eliminations

shall revert to the

Transportation Trust Fund
and shall not be expended
during the 1983 fiscal year.
The personnel reductions may
be derived from reductions

in the Administrative

Services and/or the Data

Center programs. All

unexpended salary and wages
funds for the Office of

Assistant Secretary for

Administration shall revert
to the Transportation Trust
Fund and shall not be
expended during the 1983
fiscal year.
