enactment of legislation
amending the Annotated Code
of Maryland by adding a new
sub-title                      entitled

"Volunteer Company Emergency
Trust Fund" to Article 38A,
1981 Supplement, to provide
a trust fund in the State
Treasury to be administered
by the Maryland State
Firemen's Association for
the purpose of awarding
grants for emergency
assistance to volunteer
fire, rescue and ambulance
companies.
