of an artificial light from a vehicle on woods, fields,
orchards, livestock, wild animals or birds for the sole
purpose of observing or photographing wildlife for 2 hours
after sunset, but in no event past 10:00 p.m. If a person
casts the rays of any artificial light under this paragraph
the person has the burden of establishing that he was doing
so for the purposes of observing or photographing wildlife.
If a person casting artificial light under this paragraph or
anyone with the person casting artificial light has a
firearm or bow in his possession he shall be presumed to be
in violation of [item] PARAGRAPH (1) of this subsection.
Article - Real Property
2-119.
[Except as provided in this section,
(1)] (A) A restrictive covenant regarding land
use, which becomes effective after July 1, 1980, may not
impose or act to impose unreasonable limitations on the
installation of solar collection panels on the roof or
exterior walls of improvements.
[(2)] (B) This section does not apply to a
restrictive covenant on historic property that is listed by:
[(i)] (1) The Maryland Inventory of
Historic Sites; or
[(ii)] (2) The Maryland Landmarks list.
8A-1301.
(a) A park owner may not evict a resident or
arbitrarily increase the rent or decrease the services to
which the resident has been entitled for any of the
following reasons:
(1) Solely because the resident or his agent has
filed a written complaint, or complaints, with the park
owner or with any public agency or agencies against the park
owner;
(2) Solely because the resident or his agent has
filed a [law suit, or law suits] LAWSUIT, OR LAWSUITS,
against the park owner; or
(3) Solely because the resident is a member or
organizer of any tenant's organization.
