Alcoholic Beverages - Legal Age Altered
(Dual System Retained)

FOR the purpose of altering the age at which persons are
legally permitted to purchase, possess, or consume
certain alcoholic beverages, or remain in certain
business establishments or on certain premises;
changing the age of persons to whom alcoholic beverages
may be legally sold or given; making certain technical
changes and corrections to the language and style of
expression of certain provisions of the Code; altering
certain penalties; generally relating to changing the
age at which persons are legally permitted to perform
and engage in certain acts concerning certain alcoholic
beverages; and clarifying language.
