employment is not prohibited by this article. [Any minor
having such alcoholic beverages in his possession as
aforesaid shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars
($50.00).]
(2) ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF VIOLATING PARAGRAPH
(1) OF THIS SUBSECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND SHALL
BE FINED NOT MORE THAN $50.
(q) In Cecil County, if any person obtains any
spirituous or fermented liquors from any alcoholic beverages
licensee for consumption by any person under age 21, or
[under age 18] in the case of beer or light wine FOR A
PERSON NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE, and if
that person knew that the consumer was under the lawful age
for the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the person shall
be fined not more than $500.
120.
(a) In Allegany County it [shall be] IS lawful for any
licensee under this article to employ any person between the
ages of 18 and 21 years for the general purposes of
employment, but this person may not sell or serve alcoholic
beverages except beer and light wine. In order to be
permitted to sell or serve alcoholic beverages other than
beer and light wine, a person [must] SHALL be 21 years of
age or older.
(b) It [shall be] IS unlawful for any licensee under
this article to allow [any minor or minors under the age of
eighteen years] A PERSON NOT DESIGNATED UNDER § 2(T)(2) OF
THIS ARTICLE to loaf or loiter about the place of business
for which [such] THE license is issued.

(b) (1) It [shall not be lawful] IS UNLAWFUL for any
person, whether licensed to sell spirituous, fermented, or
intoxicating liquor or not, to sell, give directly or
indirectly, dispose of, barter, furnish, hand over or
deliver, within the corporate limits of the City of
Annapolis, or within [five] 5 miles [thereof] OF IT, any
alcoholic beverages other than beer and light wine in any
quantity whatever, to any [youth, or minor] PERSON under the
age of [twenty-one] 21 years or beer and light wine to any
person [under eighteen years] NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF
THIS ARTICLE, either for his or her own use or for the use
of any other person, either with or without the written
order or consent of the parent or guardian of [such] THE
[minor] PERSON[;].
(2) [any] ANY person violating the provisions of
this subsection [shall be deemed] IS guilty of a
