Section 2-108(g)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(g) (1) Each of the judges of the court for Caroline
County shall receive [$25 for every day's regular attendance
upon the sessions of the court, not to exceed $1,400 in one
year] AN ANNUAL SALARY OF $1,850.

(2) Each judge shall also be allowed $750
annually for expenses.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
Caroline County - Orphans' Court Judges in office on the
effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act
concerning the salary of the Caroline County - Orphans'
Court Judges shall take effect at the beginning of the next
following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Caroline County; and providing that the alteration does
not affect the incumbent.
