AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses -
Airport Terminal Buildings

FOR the purpose of altering the license fee in Anne Arundel
County for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the
confines of the airport terminal buildings located
within the county; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 28(g)(2)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

28.

(g) (2) The cost for [such] THE license shall be
[three thousand dollars ($3,000.00)] $5,000 each year, to be
paid the first of May, payable to the clerk of Circuit Court
for Anne Arundel County and shall entitle the holder to sell
at one or more locations within the airport terminal
buildings on each and every day and shall permit the playing
of music and dancing and no provision contained in
subsection (a) of this section relating to special Sunday
licenses shall apply to the holder of a license issued under
the provisions of this subsection.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
