(h) School board district VII consists of precincts 1,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of election
district 6.

(i) School board district VIII consists of precincts
8, 9, 13, and 14 of election district 6 and all of election
district 12.

(j) School board district IX consists of all of
election districts 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11 and [precincts 2, 7,
and 18] PRECINCT 2 of election district 6.

(k) (1) Beginning in 1981, there shall be a
redistricting every 10 years based on the latest U.S. census
data.

(2) The school board districts shall be divided
into three groups:

(i) Group I consists of school board
districts I, IV, and VII;

(ii) Group II consists of school board
districts II, V, and VIII; and

(iii) Group III consists of school board
districts III, VI, and IX.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July June 1, 1982.

Elections - Absentee Ballots

FOR the purpose of providing that under certain
circumstances 2 absentee ballots returned in the same
ballot envelope shall not be rejected.
