FOR the purpose of correcting errors in Chapter 555 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1981 relating to school
board redistricting in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 3-801

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Education

3-801.

(a)  When the description of a school board district in
this section refers to an election district or precinct, it
refers to the election district or precinct as it was on
January 1, 1981.

(b)  School board district I consists of all of
election districts 1 and 10 and precincts 1, 4, 5, 10, 14,
and 15 of election district 21.

(c)  School board district II consists of precincts 2,

3,   6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 of election district 21,
precincts 1, 2, and 5 of election district 19, precincts 3,

4,   and 5 of election district 16 and precinct 2 of election
district 14.

(d)  School board district III consists of all of
election district 17 and precinct 3 of election district 19.

(e)  School board district IV consists of precincts 1
and 2 of election district 16, all of election district 2,
precincts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of election district
20 and precinct 4 of election district 19.

(f)  School board district V consists of all of
election districts 3, 7, and 15, [precincts 4 and 8 of
election district 20,] precincts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of
election district 14, and precincts 4 and 6 of election
district 13.

(g)  School board district VI consists of precincts 1,
2, 3, and 5 of election district 13, all of election
district 18, and [precinct 5] PRECINCTS 4 AND 8 of election
district 20.
