Department of General Services - Annual Report

FOR the purpose of revising the reporting period of the
Department of General Services' annual report from a
calendar year basis to a fiscal year basis; and to
change the date upon which such report shall be filed
with the Governor.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 25

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 78A - Public Works

25.

The Secretary of General Services shall, on or before
the first day of [February] DECEMBER of each year, file with
the Governor a report on the activities of the Department of
General Services during the preceding [calendar] FISCAL
year.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
