AN ACT concerning

Commissioner of Labor and Industry -
Acceptance of Certain Federal Funds

FOR the purpose of removing a time limitation on the
provision permitting the Commissioner of Labor and
Industry to accept certain federal money.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 336 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1976, as amended by Chapter 49 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1978 and Chapter 94 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1980

Section 2

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of the General
Assembly read(s) as follows:

Chapter 336 of the Acts of 1976, as amended by Chapter 49
of the Acts of 1978 and Chapter 94 of the Acts of 1980

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976. [It shall remain effective
for a period of 6 years and, at the end of June 30, 1982,
and with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and
effect.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 30, 1982.
