STATE IF THE ABORTION REFERRAL SERVICE WOULD BE PROHIBITED
UNDER § 20-201 OF THIS SUBTITLE IF THE SERVICE WERE LOCATED
IN OR DOING BUSINESS IN THIS STATE.
