AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Regulations for Fences

FOR the purpose of providing that only farmers need to
comply with the requirements and prohibitions dealing
with the erecting of fences in St. Mary's County.

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County
Section 43-1 through 43-4, respectively
to be Section 43-2 through 43-5, respectively
Article 19 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1979 Edition, supplemented to December, 1980,
as amended)

BY adding to

The Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County

Section 43-1

Article 19 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1979 Edition, as supplemented to December, 1980,

as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 43-1 through 43-4, respectively,
of Article 19 - St. Mary's County, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 43-2
through 43-5, respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be repealed,
amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 19 - St. Mary's County

43-1.

THIS CHAPTER ONLY SHALL APPLY TO FARMERS.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
