FOR the purpose of providing that the judges of the Orphans'
Court of Garrett County shall be reimbursed for
traveling to and from court sessions pursuant to the
standard State travel regulations.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Estates and Trusts
Section 2-108(m)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1980 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(m) Each of the judges of the court for Garrett County
shall receive annual compensation in the amount of $600[,
together with an allowance of 12 cents per mile for each
mile traveled in attending and returning from the sessions
of the court] EACH JUDGE SHALL BE REIMBURSED FOR TRAVELING
TO AND FROM THE SESSIONS OF THE COURT PURSUANT TO THE
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS. Each judge shall also
receive $10 for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
the court.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
