(a)  The physician dispenses drugs on a regular basis
in the physician's office; and

(b)  A pharmacy is not located within a 10-mile radius
of the physician's office.

119.

(e)  "Physician" means any person, including [doctors]
A DOCTOR of osteopathy, licensed to practice medicine in the
State of Maryland in compliance with the provisions of [this
subtitle] TITLE 14 OF THE HEALTH OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE.

132A.

(a) Notwithstanding any provision of this subtitle OR
TITLE 14 OF THE HEALTH OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE to the contrary,
no member of any volunteer first-aid, ambulance and rescue
squad in Queen Anne's County shall be required to complete
any other course or program other than the American Red
Cross advanced first-aid program or the emergency medical
technicians program.

(f)  For purposes of this [subtitle] SECTION, a
reimbursement for mileage used to defray the operating and
maintenance cost of equipment may not be considered as a
charge, fee, or compensation.

133.

(e) The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and
the STATE Board of Pharmacy shall regulate the manufacture,
distribution, and sale of amygdalin for use within the State
only for the purpose of insuring that the substance is not
adulterated, contaminated by microorganisms, or misbranded.

194.

The State Board of Health shall enforce the provisions
of §§ 187 to 197, and shall have the power to adopt from
time to time, promulgate and publish by circular or
otherwise, such general rules and regulations for the
enforcement thereof and for the government of the analysts,
chemists, inspectors and employees appointed by the said
Board as it may deem proper; and said Board may adopt the
rules and regulations lawfully adopted from time to time by
the Secretary of the United States Department of
Agriculture, so far as such rules and regulations may be
applicable to the duties of said Board under and to the
purposes of §§ 187 to 197. The State Board of Health shall
have copies of §§ 187 to 197 printed and shall issue them as
far as possible to persons, firms or corporations
manufacturing or selling, at wholesale or retail, articles
of food or drugs, and shall furnish the same to all persons,
firms or corporations requesting them. The State Board of
Health shall also enforce the provisions of §§ 315 to 318,
