(B)  MEETINGS.

THE COMMISSION SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF
ITS MEETINGS.

(C)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
EACH MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION IS ENTITLED TO:

(1)  COMPENSATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE
BUDGET, FOR EACH DAY THE MEMBER IS ENGAGED IN PERFORMING THE
DUTIES OF THE COMMISSION; AND

(2)  REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE
BUDGET.

(D)  OFFICE.

THE COMMISSION MAY MAINTAIN AN OFFICE IN THIS STATE.

(E)  STAFF.

THE COMMISSION MAY EMPLOY A STAFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE STATE BUDGET.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first clause
of the first and second paragraphs of Art. 43, §
130(b) and from Art. 43, § 130(f).

Subsection (b) of this section is new language
added for clarity.

Subsection (e) of this section is standard
language added to this and, where necessary,
corresponding sections of other titles of this
article to provide for the employment of a staff.

In subsection (a) of this section, the present
provision calling for a quorum of "{s}ix of the
11 members" is restated, without substantive
change, in more general language that refers to
"a majority of the full authorized membership of
the Commission". This language conforms to the
practice of the Commission and to similar
provisions in other titles of this article and
will accommodate possible future legislative
changes in the number of members to be appointed
to the Commission, without the necessity of
enacting a conforming change here. As to the
current "full authorized membership" of the
Commission, see § 14-402(a) of this subtitle.

As to subsection (c) of this section, Standard
State Travel Regulations are adopted by the
