SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That a new
Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, designated
"Health Occupations", be and it is hereby enacted to read as
follows:

ARTICLE - HEALTH OCCUPATIONS

TITLE 1. DEFINITIONS; GENERAL PROVISIONS.

SUBTITLE 1. DEFINITIONS.

1-101. DEFINITIONS.

(A)  IN GENERAL.

IN THIS ARTICLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used as
the standard introductory language to a
definition section.

(B)  BOARD OF REVIEW.

"BOARD OF REVIEW" MEANS THE BOARD OF REVIEW OF THE
DEPARTMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added
to avoid repetition of the phrase "Board of
Review of the Department". See Art. 41, §§ 206A
and 206B of the Code for the duties of the Board
of Review.
