LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch.8

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) of this section is new
language derived in part from the second clause
of the second sentence of Art. 43, § 249, which
prohibits an unlicensed individual from

the standard language used throughout this
article to state affirmatively that an individual
must be licensed to practice a health occupation
in this State. See also § 12-701 of this title.

Subsection (b) of this section is new language
derived from the reference in Art. 43, § 250(c)
to "a pharmacy intern acting under the direct
supervision of a pharmacist". Clinical pharmacy
training programs also are recognized implicitly
by the reference to "{pharmaceutical}
experience demanded" in present Art. 43, § 263.

12-302. QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS.
