FROM AMONG ITS MEMBERS, THE BOARD ANNUALLY IN JUNE
SHALL ELECT A PRESIDENT, A BOARD SECRETARY, AND A TREASURER.

(B) ELECTIONS.

THE MANNER OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS SHALL BE AS THE
BOARD DETERMINES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) of this section is new
language derived without substantive change from
the second paragraph of Art. 43, § 470.

Subsection (b) of this section is standard
language added to clarify the manner of election
of officers of the Board.

In subsection (a) of this section, the present
reference to "the first meeting of the Board" is
deleted as obsolete.

11-204. QUORUM; MEETINGS; REIMBURSEMENT; STAFF.

(A)  QUORUM.

A MAJORITY OF THE FULL AUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP OF THE
BOARD IS A QUORUM.

(B)  MEETINGS.
THE BOARD SHALL:

(1)  MEET AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR, AT THE TIMES AND
PLACES THAT THE BOARD DETERMINES AND WHEN REQUESTED BY THE
SECRETARY; AND

(2)  NOTIFY EACH BOARD MEMBER OF THE TIME AND
PLACE OF EACH MEETING.

(C)  REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.

EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT
FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS
PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET.

(D)  STAFF.

THE BOARD MAY EMPLOY A STAFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STATE BUDGET.
