Section 225-20 B (11) under title "Uses permitted by special
exception".
WHEREAS, the County Council for Wicomico County has
received certain recommendations of the Wicomico County
Planning and Zoning Commission, and has held a public
hearing relative to the need for regulation of child care
facilities, and after having given very serious and
extensive consideration to the problems involved, the said
County Council now deems it advisable to amend the aforesaid
Zoning Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, as follows.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, title "Zoning" by repealing and reenacting with
amendments Section 225-25 A (6) under title "Uses" and
Section 225-25 B (5) under title "Uses permitted by special
exception".

"Compensation and expenses"; Section 138-7, title "Meetings;
officers; quorum; majority required.", by the addition of a
new Subsection E; Section 138-13, titled "General
requirements for registration.". Subsection A; Section
138-16, titled "Issuance of certificate; significance;
notice of suspension.", by the addition of a new Subsection
D; Section 138-19, titled "Revocation of certificates",
Subsection A; Section 138-20, titled "Reissuance and
replacement of certificates.", by the addition of a new
Subsection C; Section 138-21, titled "Examinations".
