County are ample, with the limitations as prescribed by the
Charter of Wicomico County, Maryland, to permit the
borrowing of the sum required therefor.

AN ACT to prohibit the selling, displaying, furnishing,
supplying, or giving away of certain paraphernalia designed
to facilitate the unlawful use or administration of
controlled dangerous substances, and providing penalties
therefore.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County, being
greatly concerned over the sale of paraphernalia used in the
administration of "controlled dangerous substances", and
particularly the use of such items by young people, finds it
advisable to enact legislation prohibiting the sale of such
paraphernalia for the protection of the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of Wicomico County.

Bill 4

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Zoning" by repealing and reenacting with
amendments, Section 225-54, titled "Uses", Subsection A(6).

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the foresaid
Zoning Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning
Commission with regard to outside storage.

AN ACT to authorize Wicomico County, Maryland, to make
an appropriation of Forty-one Thousand, Nine Hundred,

Ninety-one Dollars ($41,991.00)-----for current expenses of

the Wicomico County Humane Society, Inc. for the year
1980-1981.
