Parking Lots

FOR the purpose of authorizing a waiver of certain
design standards, as contained in Section 423, Subsections 1
through 6 of the BOCA Code, for parking lots within two (2)
miles of a Metro Station where regular and reasonable
shuttle service is provided to the Metro station.
