Corridor Widths in School Buildings

FOR the purpose of reducing the required minimum
corridor widths in school buildings from ninety-six (96)
inches to seventy-two (72) inches.

Transfer Taxes

FOR the purpose of exempting refinancing by the
original mortgagors and to defer or abate transfer taxes for
