AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of implementing the provisions of
Article 2B, Sections 209 and 212 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, so to prohibit the consumption or the possession
of alcoholic beverages in an open container on public
property and property used by the public generally, with
certain exceptions.

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Hours of Operation for Benefit Performances and Carnivals

FOR the purpose of expanding the times in which benefit
performances and carnivals may operate on land leased from a
public agency upon which a privately owned building or
facility is operated for a recreational purpose on a
commercial basis.
