EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Budget Procedures

FOR the purpose of requiring that the proposed current
expense budget for the County include the number of certain
permanent full-time and part-time positions for each agency
or department, requiring certain supplementary information,
and providing that the number of such positions approved in
the budget document shall constitute the position
authorization which cannot be exceeded without Council
approval.
