CHARTER AMENDMENT

AN ACT concerning

Amendment of Section 827 of the Charter of Prince
George's County, Maryland

FOR the purpose of eliminating the requirement for a
declaration of the unlimited taxing authority of the County
to be included in a bond issue authorization ordinance and
to require a statement of the taxes or other revenues
pledged for payment.

classifications certified by the Prince George's County
Public Employee Relations Board, including the following:
