administration of chapter", of Article I, title "In
General"; Section 29-13, title "Staff services" of Article
II, title "Commission on Landlord-Tenant Affairs"; Section
29-16, title "Required generally", Section 29-18, title
"Licensing procedures", Section 29-21, title "Inspection of
rental facilities," Subsection (a) of Section 29-23, title
"Transferability"; Section 29-33, title "Filing procedures
generally"; to transfer certain functions of the Department
of Environmental Protection to the Office of Landlord-Tenant
Affairs.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 30, title "Licensing
and Regulations Generally" of the Montgomery County Code
1972, as amended, by repealing and reenacting with
amendments Section 30-10, title "Same - generally", to
transfer certain functions from the Department of
Environmental Protection to the Office of Consumer Affairs
and to make certain other technical changes.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 30B, title "Massage
Establishments and Massage Technicians" of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and reenacting
with amendments Section 30B-2, title "Definitions" of
Article I, title "In General" to transfer the functions of
the director of the Department of Environmental Protection
to the director of the Department of Health.
