AN ACT to expand the definition of the term "public
facilities" as used in Title: Finance and Taxation,
Baltimore County Code, 1978, by adding new subparagraph (4)
to Section 11-28, Article III. title "Finance and Taxation"
of the Baltimore County Code, 1978.

Bill No. 78-80

AN ACT to increase parking fines in the county, by
repealing and re-enacting with amendments. Section 17-72 of
Article VI. Parking Fines, Penalties and Procedures, title
"Motor Vehicles and Traffic" of the Baltimore County Code,
1978, and Section 17-84 of Article VII. Fire Lanes and
Interference with Emergency Equipment of said title and
code.

Bill No. 84-80

AN ACT to change the minimum right of way width for
certain streets, by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, Section 22-39(a), the definition of "Streets"
contained in Section 22-53 and the minimum right of way
width for "Minor streets" contained in Section 22-86, all of
Article IV. Subdivision Control Generally, title "Planning,
Zoning and Subdivision Control" of the Baltimore County
Code, 1978; and to clarify the right of way requirements
contained in Section 30-15, title "Roads, Bridges, Sidewalks
and Storm Water Drainage" of said Code, by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments, Section 30-15 of said title and
code.
