COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to establish regulations for approval of
individual water supplies within Baltimore County and to
establish regulations with regard to approval of individual
water supplies in the transfer of real property within
Baltimore County and to provide penalties AND REMEDIES for
failure to comply, by adding Sections 13-116 through 43-121
13-122, inclusive, to the Baltimore County Code, 1978, title
"Health and Sanitation", under new Article XI. Individual
Water Supplies.

AN ACT to remove any member of a board or commission
who fails to attend IS ABSENT FROM more than one-third of
the scheduled meetings of the board or commission within one
calendar year by renumbering Section 2-52 of the Baltimore
County Code, 1978, title "Administration", Article V. Boards
and Commissions to be Section 2-52A of the Baltimore County
Code, 1978, title "Administration", Article V. Boards and
Commissions and by adding new Section 2-52 of the Baltimore
County Code, 1978, title "Administration", Article V. Boards
and Commissions.

Bill No. 61-80

AN ACT to approve and adopt the "1980 Fire Prevention
Code - Rules and Regulations - Baltimore County, Maryland"
as approved and adopted by Order of Donald P. Hutchinson,
County Executive, by repealing Section 12-15. of Article II.
Fire Prevention, title "Fire Protection" of the Baltimore
County Code, 1978, as amended; and enacting, in lieu
thereof, a new Section 12-15 to said article, title and
Code.

WHEREAS, Donald P. Hutchinson, County Executive, has
approved and adopted the document entitled "1980 Fire
Prevention Code - Rules and Regulations - Baltimore County,
Maryland" as recommended by the Baltimore County Fire
Department and has submitted the same to the County Council
for its approval and adoption.
