AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 1-200 (c) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article I,
"Exempt Service", and to enact new Section 1-200 (c) in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section repealed; to
provide for salary increases within the Executive Pay Plan;
and matters generally related thereto.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 1-211 (d),
1-214 (e), 1-215 IX., 1-216 (c) and 1-217(A) (204), (205),
(206), (208), and (209) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service",
and enact new Sections 1-211 (d), 1-214 (e), 1-215 IX.,
1-216 (c), and 1-217(A) (204), (205), (206), (208), and
(209) in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Sections
repealed; to create certain new positions and to establish
the salary grades and minimum qualification requirements for
said positions.

(266) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2,
"Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service"; TO RENUMBER
SECTION 1-217 (B)(31A) OF SAID CODE, TITLE, SUBTITLE AND
ARTICLE; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
1-215 I.D, I.F and VII of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article; to add new Sections 1-211 (h) and (i), 1-211.3 (c),
1-214 (h), 1-214A, 1-215A, 1-216 (d), 1-217 (b)(31A),
(121A), and 1-217A to said Code, Title, Subtitle, and
Article; TO PROVIDE CLASS TITLE, SALARY GRADE AND MINIMUM
STANDARDS FOR THE POSITION OF AUDITOR III; to provide class
titles, standards for positions, and salary grades for
classified positions within the Utility Operations Bureau; to
provide a class title, standards for position, and salary
grade for a certain classified position within the Solid
Waste Bureau; to provide a salary schedule for positions
within the Utility Operations Bureau; to establish certain
provisions relating to overtime pay, call-in pay, hiring,
