CODE OF MARYLAND (1976 REPLACEMENT VOLUME AND 1979
CUMULATIVE SUPPLEMENT), AS AMENDED; AND GENERALLY PROVIDING
FOR AND DETERMINING VARIOUS MATTERS AND DETAILS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE AUTHORIZATION, ISSUANCE, SECURITY, SALE
AND PAYMENT OF SUCH REVENUE BONDS; AND FURTHER DECLARING
THIS PUBLIC LOCAL LAW TO BE AN EMERGENCY BILL.

DISSOLUTION OF TEACHERS RELIEF FUND
AN ACT, to repeal Section 594, 595, and 596 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and
1973 Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" and Chapter 58 of
the 1974 Acts of the General Assembly, Being Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, subtitled
TEACHERS RELIEF FUND to abolish and dissolve the Teachers
Relief Fund, to determine eligible members, to determine a
formula for the distribution of assets to the eligible
members, and to authorize and empower the appointment of
Trustees for the purpose of liquidation and distribution of
the assets, and the disposition of all official records.
Effective Date August 1, 1980.

AN AMENDED BILL ENTITLED
MANUFACTURERS TAX EXEMPTION: NEW AND
ESTABLISHED INDUSTRIES
AN ACT to repeal Sections 79 and 82 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitled
"Manufacturers' Tax Exemption; new industries" (Section 79)
and "Manufacturers' Tax Exemption; established industries"
(Section 82), and to enact a new Section 82 to stand in the
place of the Sections as repealed, to provide for the
specific terms and conditions under which tax exemptions may
be granted to new and established industries within Allegany
County, Maryland and to read as follows:
Effective Date February 2, 1981.
